Berkshire Bash - Chapter Annual Meeting

Please join us at the Berkshire Bash, AMC Berkshire (now Western MA) Chapter's annual dinner meeting! This year we are requiring that the event fee [$20] be paid when you register through our Eventbrite page. Please register by October 29. This is important because we must give a count to the venue. Cancellations may be made through the Eventbrite site. Admission includes a social hour from 5-6pm; a buffet dinner from 6-7pm; a short business meeting with the election of our Executive Committee members for the coming year, and a speaker. The buffet will include vegetarian and gluten-free options. There is a cash bar. The speaker will be Dan Szczesny, e-journalist, author and speaker living in New Hampshire. His newest book is The White Mountain – A Year in the Life of Mount Washington. He's a member of the Appalachian Mountain Club's 4,000-footer club and has written extensively about the outdoors and hiking. He has camped in the Grand Canyon, hiked England's Coast to Coast Trail and trekked to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. His book, The Nepal Chronicles, about a month long trek to Everest Base Camp and marriage in Kathmandu, won the 2016 New Hampshire state library award for Outstanding Work of Non-Fiction.This event has ended, but we have lots of upcoming activities!
