Happy Get Outdoors Day!

You can park at the new North Trailhead Parking lot on East Street in Easthampton and walk up the accessible trail to a picnic area with a lovely view. Continue on the New England National Scenic Trail, following the white blazes up towards Reservation Road and the Eyrie Ruins, the remains of a hotel that burned down in the early 1900's. There you will be greeted with another spectacular view of the Connecticut River valley to the north. You can also park at the visitors center and follow Reservation Road. No matter where you go in the park, you will be graced with beautiful mountain laurels. Happy exploring!
